In many cases, orders are processed and shipped on the same day. We value our customers so much that we are providing a free shipping option for any registered user. The free shipping option must be selected in order to avail this service on orders of $129.00 or more. The free shipping will be handled via EMS Courier.
SHIPPING TO ALASKA, HAWAII, MILITARY ADDRESSES (APO/FPO) AND U.S. TERRITORIES
Please note that our company does not offer Express Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Military Addresses or U.S. Territories. Depending on the location of the delivery address, shipments to these destinations may take longer than the normal shipping times.
Although our store ships to APO/FPO zip codes, we ask that you allow an additional 4-6 weeks for the military postal service to deliver your package to its final overseas destination.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

SHIPPING TIMES
Shipping times will vary depending on the availability of our in-stock merchandise and in some cases, merchandise may actually ship earlier than expected.
Estimated international shipping time by EMS courier is: 7-15 days. Orders inside Hong Kong are shipped via SF Express and delivered in 3-5 business days.
Orders placed after 11:00 AM, Pacific Standard Time will be shipped the following business day. (“Business days” means Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
RETURNS POLICY
Our company values your time and we are confident that we only sell the highest quality products. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority and we want to make sure that all our customers will be absolutely happy with any items purchased from us.
However, untoward incidents may happen along the way on any merchandise purchased from our company. We may exchange or return merchandise for a full refund, less shipping charges, within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges or refunds are only given on merchandise that is unused, in new condition and is returned to us packed in the products original packaging. We must receive any returned item(s) prior to sending out an exchange. If you received free shipping on your purchase, we will deduct the shipping fees we had to incur to ship the products to you.
We will not accept any returns without a return merchandise authorization number (RMA number). You must fill up a return request in order to have an RMA number which can be done by signing in to your account and clicking on the “Completed Orders” link to access the return request form. You may also contact us by email or phone to request an RMA number.
Please return authorized orders in its original form and packaging along with a copy of your sales receipt and the reason for return or exchange. Please include the RMA number on the copy of your sales receipt for faster processing. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase.
The company reserves the right to reject any return or exchange that fails to meet any of the above conditions. Please take the time to comply with the above conditions so we may process your returns immediately.
Customers will be responsible for any shipping charges that may incur regarding exchanges and returns. We will contact you before sending out any exchanged merchandise to receive payment for shipping charges.

CREDIT
Our company will immediately issue a refund to your account as soon as we received and reviewed the returned merchandise. The refund will apply to the original form of payment. It could take 5-10 days to see the credit posted to your account but it may also be posted earlier than expected. Upon completion of your refund, we will send out a confirmation email to inform you that your account has been issued a credit.
